PUBLIC NOTICE
CONSULAR SERVICE FEES
The public is hereby informed that the Management of the Embassy has approved the schedule of fees payable to the Embassy of the Republic of Sierra Leone’s Consular Account for onward transfer to the Consolidated Revenue Fund (CRF) at Bank of Sierra Leone, as per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation instructions.
Effective Date: 27th August, 2025

- Valid Passport
- Completed & Signed Visa Application
- Fee Payment Receipt (Non-refundable)
2️⃣ For Document Authentication
- Submit two (2) True Copies of Original Certificates (Color)
- Two original true copies must be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Sierra Leone
- Receipts of Payment of Fees
3️⃣ Emergency Travelling Certificate
- Expired / Lost Passport Copy
- Police Report (if passport is lost)
- 2 Passport Size Photos
- National ID Card
- Birth Certificate Copy
- Completed Application Form
Also, please further note that commencement of vissa services at the Embassy of Sierra Leonse in Qatar will be Communicated in due course, upon receipt of consular documents/materials related to visa from immigration Office in Freetown
