We would inform you that the diplomatic missions accredited to the State of are requested to notify the Protocol Department of their evacuation plans for their citizens.

Please notify the Protocol Department of the following:

1- A list of citizens’ names, passport numbers, and Saudi Arabian entry permits.

2- A list of drivers’ names, vehicle registration numbers, and Saudi Arabian entry permits.

3- point of contact number.

4- The assembly point, if there is a large number of people, will be chosen by the Ministry of Interior for security reasons.

5- The departure time.

so that we can take the necessary steps and coordinate with the relevant authorities to facilitate all procedures.
